Kissing cousins: We were looking for a dish that would stand out in the appetizer menu and thought of pairing prawns and lobster chunks. Both are crustaceans hence the name “Kissing Cousins”, which adds notoriety to the dish and really catches your eye when reading the menu. And for those familiar with the Elvis Presley movie “Kissing Cousins”, the name adds even more fun to the dish.
Spaghetti Al Nero: The black spaghetti is a popular seafood dish in the Mediterranean and in our country. Having black spaghetti in the menu is interesting. Squid ink is already incorporated in the pasta so you get the color and taste but without the mess and the black teeth, Squid, mussels and peperoni team up in the dish for a richer experience.
