Street food is very common here in Cebu, almost all of us tried at least one in various places whether be a travelling stall, grill station or even a simple taho vendor passing buy. If you want to experience street food in a less hassle way in an air conditioned place then Curbside Cebu is the place to be.
Located along Banilad road across bright academy beside Sinangag station (Beside Sushi Boy). You will immediately recognize the small place with its bright sign logo & see through glass windows.
The place is not that spacious, I estimated it to fit perhaps 13-15 people. The setup is unique & artistic which features different streets in Cebu in their walls and jeepney signs, you can recognized these if you are residing in Cebu City & has done commuting in jeepneys.
Their dishes consist of mainly Filipino foods particularly in the street food category like barbeque, puso (hanging rice). chicharon bulaklak, dinuguan, lumpia, kaldereta kanding(goat), paklay etc.
They also have value meals if you are in a tight budget & you will have the variety of options to choose from. Prices range from 70-150 pesos in their value meals. You can look at their walls which has the picture of the dishes.
One of the unique features of the food place is their utensils specifically in their plates which are all stainless steel. Which looks more presentable & consistent in terms of presentation & look.
We ordered their meal #2 & meal #8 & Dinuguan. What I like is their chicharon bulaklak which is very good & their dinuguan is great as well & highly recommended. Their food is served fresh & hot so the quality of their food is high for a street food.
Overall, its is a great street food dining experience in an air conditioned place & comfortable setup, place is lively & colorful & service is prompt & accomodating & food is higher than your average street food or carenderia.
