They main serve Japanese cuisine, though most are authentic Japanese dishes, there are other dishes as well like seafoods for those who are not fond of eating meat and salads like (Watami Salad) for those who wants a lighter meal.
The place is not that big but cozy enough to accommodate an estimated 20-30 persons, since the establishment was once before a Japanese restaurant (Tonkutso) there is not much change in the interior designs.
Watami Cebu Restaurant is part of the Bistro Group group of companies that also handle several popular restaurants like Italiannis (Ayala Cebu) , TGI Fridays (Ayala Cebu) , Dennys (Robinsons Galleria). Knowing these, you can assure that the quality of food here is high and great service.
I was lucky enough to try many of there dishes, one of these is their Spicy Miso Ramen, serving is quite large for its price and the broth is very thick and rich in flavor with the noodles which is tender and perfect for ramen lovers.
Tried also their rice bowls the Chicken Cutlet with Scrambled Egg Sauce which is very tasty served with pot and can fulfill your hunger in a single bowl. 
One of my favorites is their Salmon Aburi which contains torched tuna served in a wooden plate that captures that fresh salmon taste in your mouth.
Aside from Japanese dish they also have other dishes in their menu like the Special Curry with Fried Pork Loin.
Aside from rice bowls they also have dishes served in hot pot like the Pepper Beef Rice, where it is served in real hotpot in a wooden case to prevent touching the hot bowls. You need to mixed it right after it is served to properly blend the meat and flavors and to cook it evenly. 
What is a Japanese restaurant without sushi, this is the Volcano Roll where the sushi is place on top of each other with wasabi and other flavors.
If your not into spicy ramen, they also have the Tonkotsu Chasu Ramen
Another hot pot in their menu is the Chasu Rice in Stone Pot
They also have appetizers if you want to warm up your tummy before the main course. You can try their Nori Nachos where the Nachos is filled with Nori leaves and sauce which adds to the Japanese feel to the dish.
If you are into Salads then you will not be disappointed since they have their own Watami Salad 
Another popular Japanese dish is the Shrimp Tempura, you can also choose the Mixed Vegetable Tempura if you prefer your veggies fried together with your shrimp tempura
