
This is a very quick and easy way to cook chicken curry using ready-to-use curry paste. Cooking chicken curry using Ninja Foodi pressure cook mode is even quicker than the usual way. Just cook for 5 minutes on high pressure, natural release for 14 minutes and it’s ready to serve. The gravy is thick and flavourful, chicken is succulent and tender, potatoes are cooked through and soft.
Ninja Foodi is a combination of pressure cooker and air fryer in one pot, it’s super efficient and time saving. Besides pressure cook and air frying, there are other functions such as steam, slow cook, sear/ saute, bake/ roast, grill and keep warm.

Method:
Rub chicken drumsticks with corn flour, set aside for 15 minutes. Follow the steps in the video.
Note:
– I used 5 chicken drumsticks, weight about 550g. If you’re using smaller chicken chunks/ parts or bigger chicken drumstick/ leg, do adjust the time accordingly (plus or minus the time).
– Bring the mixture to boil before adding chicken.
